Image Tracer SM - Blender

A simple image tracer for Blender. Take a black and white image to a filled curve ready to extrude in 3D in three buttons. Not sure how it works? Don't worry, we have a full step by step explanation below the buttons so you can try the long way around.

• Follow each button starting with Import image. Navigate to your image and open
• Image trace does exactly what it says
• Convert to curve will do just that and add a fill to your curve ready to extrude.

The addon works best with high contrast images.

Whilst the addon recognises alpha channels, it will see them as a black fill. To overcome this remove the alpha channel in image editing software.
